Partnership Procurement in Local Government: Collaboration & the National Procurement Strategy

The publication of the National Procurement Strategy for Local Government has set up new challenges and opportunities for local authorities on how they can procure sustainable and collaborative partnerships as part of their overall corporate procurement strategy. From next year, each authority’s procurement strategy should set out its broader approach to partnering in service delivery.

Hosted by the New Local Government Network (NLGN) and supported by the ODPM Strategic Partnering Taskforce, this one day national conference will look at key checkpoints for authorities in preparing and improving plans for partnership procurement.
