Are we ready for Regions? is a new NLGN report based on a survey of key individuals working in the Public Sector in the three ‘front-line’ regions of northern England. The survey results, based on a series of recent interviews, reveal the extent to which the North East, North West and Yorkshire and Humberside are prepared for the ongoing transfer of powers from Whitehall.
