James Kirkland
James joined NLGN as Corporate Networks Manager in June 2007 and is responsible for NLGN’s relations with companies and other stakeholders working throughout local government.
Before joining NLGN, James spent several years working as a Senior Conference Producer developing conference programmes across the spectrum of local government, defence and criminal justice. Previous to that part of his career, he worked as a fundraiser for a London-based homelessness charity and National Children’s Homes.
James graduated in 2000 with a B.A. in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from Oxford.
