Join us to explore brand new approaches to managing growing demand

This event is part of NLGN and APSE’s upcoming research report exploring innovative ways in which demands on place-based services such as anti-social behaviour and the upkeep of parks and roads can be reduced through behaviour change, service redesign and new relationships with citizens and businesses.

Whilst considering a wide range of approaches the research is particularly focussing on the use of behavioural science related nudges and the use of social norms.

In this roundtable session we will be considering what new approaches are being tried, what barriers councils may face in adopting and implementing these approaches, and the next steps for the sector as it looks to grasp these innovative approaches. This event presents a great opportunity to contribute to our final report, and we’ll be proposing some early lessons from our research so far.

This event is free to attend and lunch will be provided along with a not-to-be-missed opportunity to network with other leading figures in this field.
