Lucy joined NLGN in August 2016 having developed her career as a researcher at Revolving Doors Agency, where she led in evaluations and research reports on issues such as social exclusion and multiple and complex needs. Experienced in qualitative research methods, she is particularly interested in citizen engagement and involvement in policy and research. Publication history includes reports on the processes of recovery and desistance from crime as well as what works to improve outcomes for people facing multiple needs. She has also worked in social housing and has an MA in Public Policy from King’s College London.
