Trinley joined NLGN in April 2018 as Senior Policy Researcher. Previously, he held a position at the Department for the Environment, Food and Rural Affairs – where he worked on trade policy within the department’s European Union and International Trade Directorate. And prior to this, Trinley held the role of Policy and Research Advisory at the Campaign to Protect Rural England, where he authored a series of reports exploring ‘blue sky’ policy solutions to the future direction of housing policy. Trinley has also held research roles in a think tank focussed on the policy implications of an ageing society, as well as the regulatory body for the pharmacy profession.
Trinley holds a BA and an MSc in political science, from the University of Essex and the University of Amsterdam respectively.
